The purchasing process in Spain

At Inmobiliaria Buendía we will guide you through the whole process of buying your new home in Spain.

Everything will start the moment you tell us that you want to count on us for this new project, one of our specialists will contact you personally to analyse your wishes and select those properties that suit your needs. We will establish a visit plan without language barriers, as the whole process will be in your mother tongue.

Once your trip to Spain is underway, we will move on to the next phase.

1. We will pick you up from Murcia or Alicante Airport (*).

2. You will stay in one of the fantastic flats that the Buendía group owns on the seafront in El Alamillo (**).

3. The day after your arrival you will get to know our facilities and we will introduce you to our team. Then we will start the visits planned for the search of your dream property. If once we have found the property that meets your wishes you want to take the step of buying it, we will move on to the next phase.

We will check that everything related to the property is correct and we will sign a deposit contract to reserve it. Inmobiliaria Buendía will coordinate and accompany you step by step in the transfer of the property. We will arrange appointments with lawyers and notaries if necessary, and make sure that everyone receives the necessary documentation to complete the buying and selling process.

In addition to buying a property in Spain, you must have a NIE number, i.e. a Spanish identity card. We will help you with this procedure and take care of all the tax obligations required by the Spanish State for the purchase and sale of real estate in our country.
